Position Description:

At Avson, we are looking for a student passionate about technology, software development, and design to join us as a fullstack developer intern. This is an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic environment, work autonomously, and actively participate in innovative projects that impact our clients. Our office is located at the Torre Mapfre in Barcelona (right in front of the sea, which is a great plus), and there is the possibility of working remotely 2 days a week. The initial duration of the internship is 3 months, with the possibility of full-time employment thereafter.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and optimization of front and back-end applications.
• Collaborate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
• Contribute ideas and creative solutions in a collaborative brainstorming environment.
• Work autonomously and be proactive in decision making and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Previous experience with frontend technologies (such as React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Python/Django).
• Strong motivation to work in a startup and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
