At Copernicus we are looking for a Junior Architect in the R.E. department for the development of the following functions:

1. Main Responsibilities:

• Construction site visits
• Diu Diligence reports
• Project monitoring reports
• Project and Valuations reviews
• Renovation/rehabilitation management.
• Supervision and analysis of costs vs. results
• Management and coordination of works and services in progress
• Invoicing control

2. Skills required:

• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to analyse and preferably with knowledge of business management.
• Proactive attitude
• Goal oriented
• Interpersonal skills
• Resistance to pressure

3. Academic background and experience:

• Technical training essential, degree in technical architecture, engineering, architecture.
• Construction experience.
• Language: Spanish and English
• User level office package.
• Experience within a real estate servicer or related sectors such as Consulting, Financial and/or Real Estate will be an asset.
