At the Carlos Simon Foundation, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our team and support both the Foundation and its associated companies.

What will you do?

You will be involved in a wide variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience from day one:

• Create and develop marketing and communication materials (presentations, brochures, digital assets, etc.)
• Support the design and execution of campaigns (online & offline)
• Manage and update website content (WordPress) and digital platforms
• Contribute to the promotion of courses, scientific programs, and events
• Support branding and visual consistency across projects
• Assist in content creation (news, newsletters, scientific communication)
• Coordinate with designers and external providers
• Support internal communication initiatives
• Help plan and execute congresses and events (materials, coordination, on-site support)

Who are we looking for?

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
• Basic experience with tools such as:
• PowerPoint, Canva
• WordPress
• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign – basic level)
• Strong writing and communication skills (Spanish & English)
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a team
• Interest in science, healthcare, or innovation

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, scientific, or startup environments
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, or email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Experience with basic video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
• Ability to translate scientific or technical content into clear and engaging messaging
