Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Lead to join a major project with one of Europe’s top
insurance companies. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact with the end client and
manage a team of 5–6 automation engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role, with approximately 75%
of responsibilities focused on test automation and 25% on team management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate a multicultural team of automation testers.
• Communicate effectively with the end client in English (spoken and written).
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Create, execute, and manage automated test scripts and datasets.
• Continuously improve the test automation strategy and infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps teams and CI/CD pipelines.
• Track defects and manage bugs using industry tools.
• Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in automation leadership roles.
• Proven experience with Selenium (Java), mobile automation, REST Assured, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD
tools.
• Strong knowledge in framework creation, automated testing practices, and scripting.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); daily communication in English is required.
• Experience with team management, including planning and performance oversight.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, ALM, Postman, and additional scripting languages or
automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of test strategies and defect tracking methodologies.
• Experience in mobile and web automation testing.
