Purpose of the Role:

Senior Project Manager on Business Applications with high experience on managing and supporting business projects in the main ERP’s, Retail Point of Sales solutions and Ecommerce of the market. Used to work with providers in a multinational scope and experience on managing changes and new developments for the company.

Main responsibilities:

• Functional analysis of new requirements of business applications, ERP, Points of Sales (POS) Solutions, Ecommerce and other applications, taking in consideration best practices and standard workflows for multinational companies of the market.
• Manage assigned projects and its providers, when projects were outsourced, and its team members.
• Internal and external users education and guidance on best practices, procedures and IT policies.
• IT procedures and technical manuals documentation and maintenance.
• Report periodically to the IT Solution Manager and other member of the IT team.
• Collaborate in the rest of tasks of the IT Department, Business Applications operations and Systems area.

Requirements:

• Highly experienced in projects management. More than eight years working on changes, development, maintenance and parameterization of the main ERP’s in the market.
• Previous experience on Retail and Omnichannel brands.
• Highly experienced in Business consultancy. More than eight years working on business process related to Retail, Finance, Logistic, Sales and Customer Service.
• Highly experienced in Retail POS Solutions. More than five years working on the implementation, maintenance and parameterization of a POS in and multinational market.
• High level of English. Used to attend meetings, provide support and trainings in an international scope (C1).
• SAP Business One (SBO) certifications: TB1000, TB1100 and TB1200.
• Project management certifications. Agile/Waterfall methodology.
• Experience on Business Case elaboration.
• Experience on Cegid Business Retail Software (Y2) as user or consultant.
• Experience on Reporting tool as user or consultant.
• Experience programming Add-ons for SBO.
• Experience programming job scripts.
• Experience in Crystal Reports.
