We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower

Your role as a Manager will involve

The position entails a combination of administrative and commercial tasks. The main activities of this position include

• Participation in the management of admissions processes, including reviewing of applications, interviewing and follow up, as well as daily interaction with candidates and worldwide IE offices through multiple channels to ensure prompt resolution of admissions decision and adequate information provided to candidates and the IE Community.
• Representing IE University in face-to-face events on campus and outside, daily commercial attention to candidates and families and helping with event organization.
  
  
  

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications

• Master’s Degree from a top University.
• Native or Bilingual English with a fluent level of Spanish.
• Experience in sales or education and additional languages would be a plus.
• A commercial perspective with attention to detail and candidate needs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Quick ability to learn, adapt and apply, with strong organizational skills.
• A positive attitude and be innovative.
• Position requires flextime or additional evening or weekend work
