As a Junior Alliance Manager at ISG’s Madrid office, you will support the development and management of strategic relationships, assist in recruiting senior profiles such as Managing Partners, and contribute to building and maintaining ISG’s international network. You will be akey part of our team, ensuring smooth coordination of recruitment and alliance activities while gaining exposure to strategic decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the building and maintenance of relationships with strategic partners.
• Assist in coordinating interviews and meetings with senior profiles.
• Help source, pre-screen, and evaluate potential candidates under the guidance of senior team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams and international candidates in English, German, and Spanish.
• Support training sessions and onboarding activities for new team members and partners.

Requirements

• Minimum experience not required but considered as a plus
• Intercultural sensitivity
• Strong communication skills
• Minimum university degree
• High level of German and Spanish
