The Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced QA profile to guide our quality process to new horizons. This role involves not only overseeing and enriching our current quality assurance practices but also leading the transition to a more automated and efficient system. You will be responsible for ensuring the exceptional quality of our 3 mobile applications, internal tools, and integrations with major market players.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge between dev and test, ensuring cohesion and operational effectiveness.
• Develop and oversee the team's process towards adopting more automated QA practices, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Actively participate in all phases of the software development cycle, from definition to test execution and control.
• Work closely with development, product, test, and operations teams to proactively identify and solve quality issues, defining quality strategies and ensuring a good user experience.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team and the company at large.

• Proven experience in QA and in implementing test automation processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and best practices in test automation for mobile applications and internal systems.
• A practical approach and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic startup environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.
