Livo was born with the mission to improve healthcare globally through cutting edge technology and that has always been our North Star since we deeply believe health is the most important asset we all have as individuals. We launched last year in Spain our nursing shift marketplace whose aim is to support health care institutions with their nurse staffing needs, by matching institutions with healthcare professionals that are interested in extra work, adding transparency, flexibility and convenience to both stakeholders and its traction has been outstanding. Our vision is to radically transform the way healthcare institutions hire, retain and manage talent nowadays whilst empowering healthcare staff with more tools, flexibility, money, and recognition.

Your responsibilities:

  • CV screening: review CVs of healthcare professionals to assess their fit for our needs.
  • Experience validation: call candidates to verify their experience and ensure they meet our requirements.
  • Shift request management: analyze shift requests and ensure the quality of candidates.
  • Back office tasks: upload documents and keep candidate information organized.

What we're looking for:

We’re seeking someone excited to join a health-tech startup in a Human Resources role. At Livo, we believe energy and a positive attitude are essential for overcoming challenges. With humility and a willingness to learn, we believe we can achieve great things. Since this position plays a crucial role in our operations, we’re looking for candidates who meet the following:

  • Languages: Spanish is required; English and Catalan are a plus.
  • Education: a university degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, or Nursing.
  • Experience: experience in the healthcare field is a strong plus.
  • Organizational skills: ability to handle multiple tasks and keep information well organized.
  • Communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with our partners.
