🚀 What you will do

• Collaborate and support the development of Intimate Hygiene & Baby Category and Brand Strategy
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activity, and retail shelf pricing to gain deep market insights
• Collect and analyze product performance data, specifications, and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Support the Retail Brand Management team across ongoing projects and initiatives
• Contribute to data-driven decision making using Excel, PowerPoint, and market insights

👤 Who you are

• University degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Financial knowledge is a plus
• Highly autonomous, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
• Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
• Proactive, decisive, and hands-on mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Spanish is mandatory
• Fluent English (professional level)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
