Job Description
You will join our team and develop your career in Human Resources within a fast-growing international company. As an HR Assistant Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Your missions
- Oversee on- and off-boarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance
- Assist team members and managers with HR-related inquiries, including contracts, leave requests, payroll, healthcare, and mobility
- Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Ensure affiliation and declaration to local HR authorities (social security, insurance, tax, etc.)
- Conduct legal research on labor laws and assist in compliance monitoring
- Manage HR support tickets, addressing administrative questions and escalating issues when needed
- Support on employee data management and reporting
- Advise team members on the use of internal tools and systems
- Assist team members and managers with administrative forms or processes
- Research and propose training providers and subsidies, and obtain quotations
- Knowledge of HR processes and administrative procedures
- Experience with HR software and digital tools
- Academic background: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Fluent Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus
- You are detail-oriented, well-organized, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
- Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
