Descripción

● Industrial Strategy: Identify customer needs related to operational efficiency and financial performance, ensuring they see tangible benefits
● Global Stakeholder Management: Develop and nurture relationships with plant managers, operational excellence leaders, and C-level executives in English-speaking and international markets.
● Sales Execution: Drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing, providing tailored DEMOs and value propositions.
● On-Site Engagement: Travel internationally to visit factories, perform demonstrative workshops on-site, and represent at global industry trade shows.
● Full Rollout Oversight: Accompany clients from the pilot phase to full industrial rollout, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term retention.
● Market Insight: Stay up to date with trends in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Factory Optimization.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

● Proven Industrial Sales Experience: Minimum 3+ years selling technical solutions or software into manufacturing environments (Automotive, Food & Beverage, Aerospace, FMCG, etc.).
● Professional English Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are mandatory for negotiating with C-level executives and global plant managers.
● Multilingual Skills: Fluency in French is highly valued to support our expansion in Francophone markets.
● B2B SaaS Expertise: Solid track record in managing complex sales cycles and meeting/exceeding quotas within the software space.

Additional Qualifications
● Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
● Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Operational Excellence methodologies.
● Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
● High level of organization, persistence, and a problem-solving mindset.
