As a SuccessFactors Consultant, you will:

• Implement and customize SuccessFactors solutions to optimize HR processes.
• Collaborate with international teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
• Configure modules like Employee Central (experience with other modules is also welcome).
• Train users and ensure the successful adoption of implemented tools.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• 4+ years of experience in SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Central (but if you're new to this module, the client is open to training you).
• A high level of English to communicate effectively with global teams and clients.
• A problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and a passion for learning and innovation.
