• Strategic Advisory: Partner with regional managers to provide guidance for strategic and operational decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Variance Analysis: Identify and analyze budget deviations, proposing effective corrective measures
• Audits
• Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports to evaluate business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain robust financial models for planning and analysis.
• Internal Control: Contribute to enhancing internal control processes and risk management.
• Concession Management: Provide financial expertise in managing concession models, including evaluation, negotiation, and financial tracking of concession contracts.
• Efficiency & Optimization: Advise departments on resource management and implement management control systems to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Maintain close communication with Business
• Unit Directors to ensure forecast compliance and provide financial management support.
• Coordinate different business areas and manage an indirect team of 20 people and direct team of 5

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• English: B2 Level.
• French: C1 Level.
• Spanish: C2 Level.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in similar senior finance roles.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, accounting, and management control
