• Managing European CRM and In-Field Team Excellence capabilities, acting as the primary interface between business, IT and global teams.
• Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for In-Field Team Excellence, driving CRM and IT technologies to coordinate programs and ensure alignment between local market needs and global technology strategies.
• Working closely with stakeholders, global IT, and external vendors to translate business requirements into scalable technological solutions, support local adoption, and maximize the business value of enterprise platforms, taking end-to-end ownership of initiatives and contributing to strategic decision-making at European level.
• Managed KPIs, risks, and delivery across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Salesforce and Veeva CRM Management and willing to collaborate with the global team to implement improvements, upgrades and future actions to be taken.

A successful CRM Team Excellence professional should have:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT professional in the pharmaceutical industry, with European scope.
• A background in CRM systems and their applications (Veeva would be appreciated).
• Knowledge of the Life Science industry and its processes and ability to work autonomously in complex, multi-country environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.
