Risk analysis and mitigation:
* Design and deploy risks and controls framework in coordination with the Group Internal Control and
local COMEX.
* Identify and asses local risks that could impact our business; definition of mitigation actions, controls
and plans in collaboration with the rest of the areas.
* To provide Policies and tools for the First Line of defense to help business owners to manage
operational risks.
* Deployment of a risk culture throughout the organization reporting proactively key risk indicators
engaging and influencing the rest of departments on Risk Management.


Internal Control:
* Perform regular internal control audits in accordance with Group methodology and based on the
Group Internal Control calendar.
* Monitor actively operations to preserve from suspicious activities and fraud, carrying out investigation
of incidents, causes and action plans.
* Ad-hoc audits in any area of the company and Thirds in site audits to assure quality service levels.

A successful Risk & Internal Control Officer should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Sound knowledge of risk management and internal control principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and standards.
• Flexibility.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
