• Act as the liaison between HR teams, payroll service providers, and local tax authorities in the countries where we operate.
• Support employees in all their doubts and needs.
• Coordinate and manage the collection of necessary payroll data from each country, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Ensure that payroll providers comply with local laws and regulations and work closely with them to resolve any issues.
• Stay updated on labor, tax, and social security laws in the countries where we operate, with a focus on Spanish legislation.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues promptly, acting as the primary point of contact between company staff and external payroll providers.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

The candidate must have:

• More than 4 years of experience working as a Payroll Specialist, and at least some as team leader.
• Background in Law or Employee Relations.
• Fluent in English (a must).
• Literate in HR ERP's, mainly related to Payroll systems, and Office (Excel).
• Team player, good communication skills and keen on analytics.
• Ability to make processes more efficient.
