Job Description
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the business goals.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs .
- Overseeing the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all involved.
- Managing the performance appraisal system to drive high performance.
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human capital.
- Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
A Successful Talent Manager Should Have
- Managing: 2 people
- Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- An attractive salary package of around €45,000 per annum.
- A comprehensive benefits package.
