The Role
We’re looking for innovative, driven individuals to collaborate with our Head of Content, Paula Cepeda, and broader Content team in creating cutting-edge, AI-powered learning experiences that engage, inspire and educate employees worldwide on cybersecurity best practices. This is a unique opportunity to be at the cutting edge of AI content creation while contributing to a mission that matters - helping organisations prevent security incidents and keep people safe online. You’ll get hands‑on with the latest AI video generation tools, build a portfolio of professional work, and - if you excel - have a clear pathway to convert to a full‑time role.

What you'll do
• Create AI-generated video content for security awareness training across a wide range of scenarios including phishing simulations, office security, data protection, compliance training, and more
• Produce, edit and polish videos to customer-ready standards, including
stitching footage, adding transitions and effects, and ensuring smooth, professional output
• Work and experiment with AI tools to push creative boundaries and discover
innovative ways to make security training engaging and memorable
• Collaborate with the content team to understand requirements, incorporate
feedback, and iterate quickly on content production
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance OutThink's content library and keep our training fresh and effective

Your Background
• Background in design/content creation: You have experience or education in design, AI content generation, video production and editing, or are currently enrolled in a related program
• Video editing skills: Proficient with video editing software and capable of
creating polished, professional videos from start to finish
• AI video generation skills: Excited about working with AI video generation tools and finding innovative ways to tell stories visually
• Strong aesthetic sense: Understanding of composition, pacing, visual
storytelling, and what makes content engaging
• Self-directed: Able to manage your own schedule around university
commitments and deliver quality work consistently
• English fluency: Comfortable communicating and creating content in English
• Portfolio: Previous design, video, or creative work that demonstrates your skills (to be submitted with your application as a YouTube video or Website)

Nice to have
• Experience with AI video generation platforms (e.g. Weavy, VEO3, Sora, Runway, Synthesia, HeyGen, Midjourney, Higgsfield, Envato etc.)
• Interest in Technology, AI, content production, films, gaming, interfaces
• Motion graphics or animation skills
