MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA TRAINEE

THE JOB:

Join us in the exciting world of travel and hospitality! We’re looking for an enthusiastic social media intern to join our dynamic and fun team doing everything from scouring social media for the best guest content, staying on top of the latest trends to make our global social media feeds pop, to working on our blogs, and learning how to optimize content for SEO. If you're passionate about the digital world, know your TikTok from your Reels, are fluent in English and eager to learn, we can’t wait to meet you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the social media marketing team in its daily activities including working with social media tools
• Support in monitoring brand and group level social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) to engage with guests
• Assist in searching for user generated content to be shared on social media channels
• Support activation of social media campaigns
• Support with coming up with creative ideas for our Radisson Hotels and Radisson RED Tik Tok channel based on the brands' passion points and popular trends.
• Draft and optimize blog posts to share with our social media followers.
• Research and follow-up of social media trends
• Support with content creation to bring innovative content to our social media channels
• Assist in launching and managing paid social media campaigns.
• Track and analyze data across social media channels. Able to deep dive and pick digital trends and insights to optimize social media content plan.
• Assist in reporting & preparing internal communications in support of social media marketing activities.
  
  
  

A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:

• Must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship
• Fluent in written and spoken English, another European language is a plus
• Passionate about and experienced with social media platforms
• Ability to easily put together videos through editing tools such as CapCut
• Strong communication and social skills
• Good team player
• Well-organized with an eye for detail
• Flexible and cooperative
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  
  
  

Capable of working under pressure, independently, and meeting deadlines
