We are looking for a Client Advisor to join our Barcelona team (full time, indefinite contract, start date : February 2026).
Job Responsibilities
As a Client Advisor at RIMOWA your role is to:
- Provide an outstanding and unforgettable client experience. Whether they are long-time RIMOWA brand ambassadors or are discovering our products for the first time, ensuring that our clients embark on their own personal RIMOWA journeys is our top priority.
- Build long-term relationships with our clientele by leveraging our tools to foster brand loyalty.
- Assist with special requests and perform repairs in coordination with our client care department.
- Be a team player, first and foremost, who is eager to learn about our products, our brand and history. A team player at RIMOWA is diplomatic, embodies the our values, collaborates with their colleagues and is always there to lift the team spirit.

- Experienced in the sector.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Additional languages are a plus.
