✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Manage end-to-end IT service delivery and act as a key operational point of contact.
• Coordinate governance and communication across TCS, AWS and customer stakeholders.
• Monitor service commitments, risks, issues, actions and operational performance.
• Lead service reviews and ensure timely reporting and escalation.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous service improvement.
• Coordinate delivery teams and maintain clear ownership of operational priorities.

💻 WHAT (TECHNOLOGIES/METHODOLOGIES/TOOLS) WILL YOU USE?

• AWS and cloud-service environments.
• IT service management and governance practices.
• Service reporting and operational performance monitoring.
• Risk, issue, action and escalation management.
• Continuous service improvement methodologies.
• ITIL or comparable service-management frameworks.

🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Strong experience as a Service Delivery Manager in enterprise IT services.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with service governance, reporting, risk management and escalation.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and multi-company teams.
• Fluent Spanish.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
• University degree, FP qualification or equivalent professional experience in IT, Engineering, Business Management or a related discipline.
• English, AWS/cloud-service delivery, banking-sector experience and ITIL certification will be valued.

📅 WHERE AND WHEN?

• Workplace: Hybrid model in Madrid, with two days per week at the client site. Final arrangements are subject to confirmation.
• Work Schedule: Business Hours
