With our unique reverse recruitment model, candidates don't need to apply to jobs or write motivation letters — companies apply to interview them for relevant roles.About the Role:(Swiss) German speaking SALES BUSINESS DEVELOPER **Barcelona based (Intern or Entry or Junior)As a Business Developer at TieTalent, you'll be part of our Operations (OPS) Department — composed of two core teams:Business Developers, who acquire and reactivate clientsTalent Agents, who source, match, and manage relationships with talent and clientsYou'll be on the front line of our growth, actively expanding our client base and ensuring companies experience the value of TieTalent from day one.Your Responsibilities:Identify and source potential new clients via research, outbound outreach, and cold callingBe one of the first touchpoints for prospective clients and represent the TieTalent brandPresent our services via calls, video meetings, emails, and the occasional in-person interactionOnboard new clients and open hiring mandates for our Talent Agent teamUnderstand each client's hiring needs and recommend tailored solutionsReactivate dormant or inactive clientsCollaborate with Talent Agents to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience for companiesShare client feedback and market insights to help continuously improve our service offeringYour Profile: (Apply only if you tick all the must-haves!)

(Swiss) German native/mother tongue level AND fluent in English (C1+) Bachelor's or Master's degree with a strong academic record You love picking up the phone and communicating with people You have a strong connection to the Swiss market (Swiss nationality, upbringing, education, etc.

)Nice to Have:0–1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account ManagementNaturally curious and passionate about salesStrong persuasive skills and a confident communicatorThrive in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsMotivated by impact and being part of a mission-driven teamInterested?
