This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced SAP FICO professional ready to step up into a leadership role. As our SAP FICO Application Delivery Lead, you will build meaningful relationships with customers in business units and group functions, gaining a deep understanding of their business problems and requirements. You will lead a team of FICO developers in delivering innovative solutions for our stakeholders. This role offers the chance to conduct complex business analyses, manage software development work, and provide technical advice to your colleagues.

Your role

As a SAP FICO Application Delivery Lead your main responsibilities will involve:

• Leading quality checks on program code, test plans-results, related objects, and documentation while responding to production support issues.
• Analyzing programs for efficient use of computer and storage resources and recommending necessary changes.
• Conducting preliminary estimates for the level of effort of new-change to application functionality.
• Managing team member evolution, career progression follow up and time usage review.
• Monitoring escalations, incident tickets and urgent requirements, and providing support for enquires and doubts from different representatives.
• Demonstrating commitment to corporate values and participating in the performance management cycle.

Your Skills and Experience

As a SAP FICO Application Delivery Lead your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Proficiency in Application Design and Programming & Coding.
• Proficiency in Application Development Tools.
• Knowledge of Application Landscape.
• Experience in managing a team and providing technical guidance.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct complex business analyses.
