Our flagship product is the Weekly AI-Personalised Digest, delivering curated investment opportunities to investors and bringing qualified funding to developers.
We are now hiring a strong, driven Developer Relations Manager in Spain — someone who knows the real estate development landscape, moves fast, communicates clearly, and wants to be rewarded for results.
What you’ll do
Your core mission: Grow Cobuildy’s community of real estate developers and ensure a steady flow of quality projects for investors.
You will:
- Build and scale Cobuildy’s developer network in Spain (SMBs, boutique developers, family-run firms).
- Identify and segment developers by project size, asset type, and funding needs.
- Conduct proactive outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Educate developers about Cobuildy’s platform, AI tools, and fundraising workflow.
- Help developers prepare and structure their projects for investor review.
- Support project onboarding: documentation, financials, permits, AI analysis.
- Work hand-in-hand with IR Managers to match each project with suitable investors.
- Provide continuous updates, follow-up, and support throughout the deal cycle.
- Gather insights from developers and report market needs to product & marketing teams.
What we’re looking for
Must-have qualities:
- Experience in real estate development, brokerage, advisory, or proptech.
- Understanding of project structuring: land, licensing, construction budgets, GDV, IRR, equity/debt.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex processes simply.
- Ability to build trust with developers and maintain long-term relationships.
- High energy, ownership, accountability, and willingness to be hands-on.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and strong professional English.
Bonus points for:
- Existing network of developers in Spain (residential, hospitality, mixed-use).
- Experience in fundraising, due diligence, or investor presentations.
- Knowledge of the permitting environment in different Spanish regions.
- Based in Spain (Barcelona preferred).
