Within the Supply Chain function sit our Planning teams. With a population of over 300 people, these teams are a competitor-leading, purpose-built Global Hub, covering a multitude of Planning areas where we share best practices in a centralized and standardized way to deliver industry-leading service at the best cost and the right level of inventory. Our Global Supply Planning team is an important part of Coty’s business. Sitting within the Planning zone of the Supply Chain function, the team is responsible for ensuring our products are made and delivered to the right distribution centers, on time and in full. This is achieved by delivering the best balance of service, inventory, cost, and sustainability, that delivers the Company’s revenue and cash flow objectives.
Responsabilities
The Sr Manager BPX – OMP & End to End Planning will have responsibilities across all 3 key pillars of the capability team:
- OMP planning system – Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling
E2E planning system
Coty is on a journey to deploy a multiyear E2E planning system.
The BPX will be responsible for: 1) partnering with any outside resources to create the detailed design of the system 2) Be the point of contact to translate current business gaps and desired capability to our external partners 3) Lead the testing and deployment of the E2E system throughout the organization. The BPX will be accountable for the successful design and delivery of the E2E planning system.
The BPX will be accountable for ensuring the design of the planning system achieves our E2E design target.
Coty Data Lake architecture
oConcurrently with the E2E planning journey Coty is transforming the current data structure to be more agile and better serve the business. Coty is using Microsoft Databricks to bring data from multiple systems into our cloud architecture. The BPX will support the journey to bring multiple data streams, including OMP into the data cloud
- Continuous improvement
Identify improvement opportunities, gain buy in and lead the implementation successfully by engaging the team.
Own and drive RCA (root cause analysis) processes, coaching the team in this process.
- Project management
Represent Planning initiatives and projects delivery in leadership forums.
Lead projects as necessary, ensuring successful delivery through collaborative working relationships.

YOUR PROFILE
As a BPX Senior Planning Manager, you will add value and feel energized from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. You will thrive on ownership and accountability.
- Planning mastery – understanding of key systems (such as SAP, JDA, OMP, Power BI) with experience of Supply Planning and strong knowledge of Supply Chain end to end with special focus on Production Planning and Scheduling. Experience as OMP consultant will be a plus.
- Good level of Programming knowledge (SQL, DAX…)
- Effective communication and influencing skills at mid-management level. Leading a department and developing the team within. Leading and delivering change.
- Creating short to medium-term operational strategies. Relationship building with mid-management professionals. Delivering KPIs – self and through others. Large-scale project management.
- Priority setting.
