Responsibilities

• Support in the preparation of presentations, credentials, and proposals for international pitches.
• Conduct market, brand, and agency research, as well as identify new business opportunities.
• Organize and maintain databases of prospects, projects, and pipeline.
• Review, edit, and write materials in both English and Spanish.
• Collaborate occasionally with design, production, and account teams.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the department.
• Participate actively in documenting and following up on strategic initiatives within the area.

Requirements

• Degree in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or related fields.
• Bilingual or native level of English (essential for daily work).
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (experience with Figma, Notion, or Keynote is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent writing abilities.
• Genuine interest in brands, content, creativity, and innovation.
• Proactive, independent, and eager to learn from day one.
• Previous experience in agencies, media, or creative environments will be valued but is not mandatory.
