Role: Hospitality Management Intern ( Hotel Operations ).

Location: Barcelona

Join our team as a Hospitality Management Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting boutique hotel and vacation rental operations. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills in hospitality management while contributing to operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and business performance.

• Support the day-to-day operations of boutique hotels and vacation rentals.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and optimize reservation management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and operational analyses.
• Help manage hotel and vacation rental operations, including distribution channels, guest communication, reviews, bookings, and online listings.
• Provide support on ad hoc projects and other operational tasks as required.

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Spanish and other languages are a plus.
