Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and coordinate a team of designers.
• Manage day-to-day studio operations, workloads and priorities.
• Oversee all design adaptations, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and creative concepts.
• Review and approve all final assets, guaranteeing technical and visual quality.
• Collaborate closely with creative teams and account management to meet project requirements.
• Establish efficient processes and optimize workflows for high-volume production.
• Fluent spoken English, able to communicate and collaborate clearly across teams.
