Being part of Human Resources at Accenture is an opportunity to become an HR Practitioner at the frontlines of our talent strategy, helping accelerate Accenture’s ability to create high-touch and personalized experiences for our people.

This role is a hybrid between HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist. It is ideal for someone with a strong background in labor relations who is looking to transition into a broader HR Partner role.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Legal Compliance


  • Act as the liaison with employee representatives and works councils.
  • Ensure compliance with current labor legislation.
  • Respond to internal complaints and manage legal proceedings when necessary.
  • Organize and participate in follow-up or negotiation meetings.
  • Participate in occupational health and safety or equality committees.
  • Review internal policies to ensure alignment with labor laws.
  • Support internal or external labor compliance audits.
  • Draft contracts, letters, annexes, meeting minutes, and official notifications.
  • Collaborate with other HR areas on topics such as diversity, equality, workplace climate, and organizational culture from a legal and relational perspective.


  • HR Partnering & Talent Strategy


  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and leaders.
  • Manage key HR processes such as performance achievement and career development.
  • Support onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Use data and storytelling to deliver insights around key talent metrics.
  • Collaborate with Talent Strategists and other HR teams to execute talent programs and inclusion & diversity strategies.
  • Support employees in navigating self-service tools and HR processes.
  • Escalate complex employee relations issues to central ER and collaborate on resolution.
  • Liaise with Legal and People Mobility to ensure compliance with local laws and practices.
  • Work with business leaders to identify and propose talent for development programs.
  • Degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in labor relations; HR Partner experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and employee relations practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence across teams.
