Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations for Spain and Portugal located in Molins de Rei /Barcelona. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure efficient logistics and budgeting. The role involves developing operational policies, improving processes, and maintaining high-quality customer service. The Director will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution.

• Experience in Warehouse Management, and Logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in Event Management, Trades Shows and Congresses. Experience in rental business is also appreciated.
