We’re on the path to making our biggest growth years ever – and we know that growth only happens when our customers grow with us. That’s why we’re looking for a Customer Success Director to lead the way with our superstar success management teams!

In this role, you’ll be at the core of our mission: building strong, long-term partnerships with customers ranging from first-time buyers in new markets to some of the world’s largest enterprise accounts. You’ll shape how we define success, how we deliver value at every stage, and how we make sure our customers achieve more with us year after year.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the entire Customer Success function, from strategy to hands-on execution.
  • Build and coach a high-performing team that delivers consistent, measurable impact for our customers.
  • Personally take on a portfolio of strategic accounts, showing by example what world-class customer success looks like.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Delivery to ensure a seamless customer journey and unlock new opportunities for growth.
  • Drive retention and expansion, the two biggest levers in our growth story.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership experience in Customer Success or Account Management, ideally in a fast-scaling B2B environment.
  • Strong track record in retention, upsell/expansion, and building trusted senior customer relationships.
  • Ability to scale processes that work for both new, growing markets and complex enterprise accounts. You understand how to measure the customers’ heartbeat every step of the way!
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on turning insights into results; leading with KPIs and targets, living and breathing excellence and driving for results.
  • An excellent communicator, relationship builder, and team player.
  • Professional proficiency in English, other languages of our markets are a plus!
