The ideal candidate will join the Product & Marketing Team in Spain, as Product Assistant Trainee, and will learn to support specific day-to-day tasks together with campaigns, events and projects managed by the Product Team in Spain.
The intern will:
- Gain knowledge of a Multinational Environment with a Spain scope in EMEA market
- Gain close knowledge of American Express products in Spain
- Have the opportunity to work in a marketing department, dealing and learning from very different projects and having the opportunity to learn from many different areas
- Develop the ability to interact with different stakeholders inside and outside the company, data and content presentation, ability to navigate in a dynamic environment, ability to move in luxury and premium environments
- Gain knowledge of American Express Colleagues ways of working
Desirable Qualifications/Skills and Experience/Language Requirements:
- Current graduate students in Marketing, ADE
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, responsible, flexible, and willing to work and learn in a multinational company like American Express
- To be able to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and proactively solve problems
- Good communication and relational skills
- Self-starting, innovative thinker who can provide team with suggestions and recommendations for process improvement
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both writing and speaking
- Proficient knowledge of Office tools (Excel, Power Point).
- Having the ability to express yourself correctly on the phone and knowledge or experience in telephone and communication techniques is valued.

For Recent Graduate Students:
Alongside your internship you will be enrolled on programme coordinated by Fundación Universdad Empresa (FUE). This programme will allow students to focus on productivity, adaptive management and innovation, to apply their theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, collaborating directly on the management and optimization of commercial processes. The student will develop essential skills in project management, data analysis, and negotiation, which are critical for future integration into the labor market.
To enroll the programme, the candidate must have completed the degree or due to submit the final degree project, or the final degree project plus 9 ECTS max.
For Undergraduate Students:
If you are an undergraduate or masters student, you must be in your final year of study and your university will need to agree that you can commit to 35hours per week. Please ensure you check this with your university prior to applying.
