The *Senior Marketing Designer *is a pivotal role within our creative team, responsible for guiding and motivating a team of talented *Graphic Designers* to deliver immersive and high-quality marketing assets. This role involves significant responsibility and offers the opportunity to drive the development of a strong team, leveraging your artistic and technical expertise.
*This is a full-time, fully remote position, with the possibility to work from our Product Madness office in Gdańsk (al. Grunwaldzka 50).*

*What You’ll Do:*

* Deliver high-quality, engaging, and impactful marketing art in a fast-paced, live environment.

* Manage priorities for time-sensitive projects effectively.

* Act as a brand mentor, innovating templates and visual user flows.

* Share best design practices and reflect on experiences to foster continuous learning.

* Create logos and flagship campaigns, representing the team in presentations.

* Maintain professionalism and deliver superior, professional designs.

* Expand skill sets through classes and mentoring.

* Assist in onboarding new team members and mentor lower-level designers.

*What We´re Looking For*

* Extensive experience in a similar role within the marketing design field, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.

* Proven track record of leading design projects and teams.

* Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.

* High proficiency in graphic design fundamentals.

* Expertise in Photoshop and Illustrator.

* Strong skills in logo creation and team presentations.
