We’re Hiring: IT Project Manager – Agile Delivery & Business Analysis (Hybrid, Madrid)

We’re seeking an IT Project Manager with strong Business Analysis expertise to drive the delivery of technology and data-driven solutions. This role requires someone who combines structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and hands-on Agile delivery experience. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects focused on process automation, operational efficiency, and data visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, User Stories).
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to analyze business problems and deliver technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Perform As-Is / To-Be process analysis, data analysis, and define KPIs/KRIs to measure project success.
• Maintain project governance, including RAID logs, risk management, and progress reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
• Consolidate business and technical requirements into a structured backlog and drive scoping and sprint planning activities.
• Lead and support project team members, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and delivery consistency.
• Represent IT in senior steering committees, providing updates, insights, and recommendations.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience in Agile project management and business analysis.
• Strong understanding of technology and data-driven solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum, Jira, and User Story creation.
• Solid experience in process improvement, automation, and dashboard (MI/KPI/KRI) implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence in presenting to senior leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within structured governance frameworks.
• Strong influencing and collaboration skills across business and IT functions.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in banking, financial services, or operations technology.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or process automation platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
