What kind of profile are we looking for?

• Degree in Psychology, Law, Labour Relations (completed or in process). Postgraduate degree in HR desirable.
• Minimum level of English C1
• Ability to organise and be autonomous
• Motivation, enthusiasm and positive attitude

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support in the definition and description of the company's profiles.
• Publication of job vacancies and CV screening
• Contacting and checking candidates by phone, personal interviews and placement tests
• Support in the direct search for international profiles
• Database management and follow-up of vacancies
• Support in onboarding and monitoring the first months of new employees in the company.
• Support in the management of the training of our employees and associates
