Join Bolton Food’s Finance Team and contribute to cost control, financial accuracy, and operational excellence. As a Junior Cost Controller, you will report to the Cost Controlling Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust financial performance and continuous improvement across the organization.

As a Junior Cost Controller, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing cost forecasts, estimates, and variance analyses.
• Reporting on deviations, cost trends, and financial impacts.
• Supporting the preparation of the latest forecast and annual budget cycles.
• Managing and maintaining Material Master Data for financial accuracy.
• Contributing to internal finance, controlling, and audit-related activities.

🧠 What You Bring

• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in cost controlling within structured or multinational environments, or in audit firms (ideally in finance or controlling departments).
• Strong Excel skills and solid experience with SAP (SAP HANA knowledge is a plus).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize and organize work independently.
• Critical thinking and data interpretation skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Proactive, fast learner with a growth-oriented mindset.
• Responsible and team-oriented, with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
