We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Director (m/f/d) to lead Sales in Spainish region. This pivotal role will involve identifying, evaluating, and on boarding dealership partners to ensure the successful expansion of our brand. The ideal candidate needs to have rich marketing experience in the automotive industry and be able to help Changan Automobile achieve sales target in Spain and expand brand influence.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning and delivering national sales targets. Own the production planning process, stocking, sales targets and sales performance by channel.
• Lead the sales team to develop and deliver sales performance across Dealer and Fleet channels.
• Represent Changan to Fleet customers, leasing companies, residual value providers etc. to support sales performance and grow the business.
• Work with cross-functional teams in Europe and China, including marketing, product management and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Automotive Sales & Marketing.
• Proven track record of managing automotive Sales operations in an automotive environment.
• Detailed understanding of sales planning & forecasting methods. Understanding of regulatory requirements and processes for vehicle registration, ownership transfer etc.
• Understanding of economic and other factors impacting industry volumes and forecasts.
• Strong numerical ability and understanding of spreadsheet and database tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
