Title: AML Specialist
Location: Madrid, Spain (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Language: Fluent/Native Spanish and English (B2/C1)
As the AML Specialist you will be part of a local and collaborative Compliance team. You will work under the supervision of the Business Unit Manager and Senior Compliance Manager, and you will be responsible for the compliance matters and KYC transactions analysis of our clients

Functions & Responsibilities
Inhouse procedures protocols implementation with discipline (Viewpoint filing out and timesheet).
Managing legal documents of clients.
Draft AML set up:
- Reviews if the request complies with relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft the AML Risk report.
- Draft the AML procedures Manual.
- Draft the AML agreements or minutes for the approval of the AML plan by the directors of the client entity and collect their signatures.
AML Monitoring:
- Review AML transactions to perform monitoring requests of legal department.
- Review and update AML Risk report and AML procedures Manual.
- Draft training plan.
- Support in AML external audits.
- Draft remedy plans.
Client Due Diligence
- Collects and analyses specific compliance, antecedent and risk appetite related data as part of the client due diligence process.
- Check client documents on identification, source of wealth, source of funds and funds traceability, analyze and advise on clearance.
- Perform morality checks via internal/external systems on client structures (world check, Internet, newspaper, etc.) and request if required additional data from client.
- Maintain a fluent and cordial relationship with all the intermediaries (servicers) and client representatives (lawyers) among all the Due Diligence processes.
- Report to the client (fund), when necessary, any possible inconvenience or fact that can frustrate the Due Diligence process and the consequent sale of the asset.
Company Secretarial:
- Assisting in collecting AML material for the board packs.
- Attending board meeting as required.
- Assisting with the preparation and production of the AML agreement for the board minutes.

- General risk awareness and compliance with CSC Group policies, procedures and controls relevant to role.
- Understands and adheres to the main principles of relevant external regulatory, compliance, ethical and other standards.
- Strong understanding of the local legal & regulatory framework.
- Recognizes, understands, and communicates project risks.
- Deep knowledge of legal structures and the different types of legal entities.
- Understands and provides input/feedback on legal documents (loan agreements, contracts etc.) and tax documents (IRPF, IS, IVA etc.).
