The role reports directly to the Managing Director

Your Tasks

·        Lead and develop a team of ~10 young professionals which are under the wings of two team leads.

·        Establish and enhance internal processes, standards, and collaboration tools

·        Be able to efficiently implement the our operational solution for the customers

·        Be the senior interface to the client for operational matters, escalations and business opportunities

·        Demonstrate executive presence

·        Immediately establish credibility with executives and additional stakeholders

·        Collaborate with Sales team on business opportunities

Our Requirements

• Proven track record in developing fast growing teams, ideally experience in a remote setup
• Experience with rental / as-a-Service or asset-based business
• Experience in the IT service sector
• Fluent English
• Communication skills with a high level of personal responsibility
• Proactivity and very good organization skills
• Strong ownership, persistence and assertiveness to achieve goals

Nice to have

·        German language skills

·        Experience in working with computer manufacturers (Dell, HP etc.)
