What will make you successful in this role?

• Working closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and drive recruitment processes from end to end and thinking about the candidate experience.
• Provide an amazing candidate experience - encouraging the client into doing the best thing for candidates, delivering real feedback and transparency.
• You'll have either an internal recruitment or agency background, both would be great working with Technology, Product, SaaS, eCommerce, high-growth businesses, and our Talent Acquisition team.
• You will need to have a flexible attitude to work (every day is different).
• You will have the ability to cope under pressure, and work independently, and as part of a team.
