Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Data Analyst / Business Analyst (BA) to oversee and manage
the end-to-end lifecycle of a strategic data initiative. This role involves defining workstreams, shaping solution
designs, coordinating development teams, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals. The
project is focused on streamlining and modernizing reporting processes, centralizing reporting activities,
reducing redundancy, and incorporating Power BI and AI-driven technologies for enhanced automation,
visualization, and analysis.

Project Objectives
• Centralize and consolidate reporting pack activities.
• Minimize the volume of reports while improving content clarity and consistency.
• Introduce modern tools (Power BI, AI) to automate, visualize, and analyze data more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the workstream for data and analytics deliverables.
• Define project scope in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Document data and functional requirements in detail.
• Work closely with development, architecture, and BI teams to deliver solutions.
• Act as the key liaison between stakeholders, developers, and data teams.
• Identify and assess existing data feeds, highlighting gaps and impacts.
• Drive and report on project plans, ensuring risks and issues are mitigated effectively.
• Deliver all required project documentation, including compliance, technical specifications, data flow
diagrams, and user guides.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal governance and regulatory standards.
Mandatory Skills
• Proven experience leading data workstreams across the full project lifecycle.
• Expertise in data analysis, including mapping, quality assurance, and modeling.
• Strong ability to lead and guide teams of analysts and developers.
• Demonstrated skills in documenting “to-be” states, including models and data flows.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting skills, including senior leadership presentations.
• Solid SQL skills for in-depth data analysis.
• Skilled in eliciting business requirements and transforming them into technical specifications.
• Experience managing workstream plans and resolving issues proactively.

Nice to Have Skills
• Familiarity with AWS services and ability to identify suitable ETL/BI tools.
• Experience in training AI models or chatbots.
• Previous experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards or similar BI tools.
