The Role – Make Every Customer Experience Unforgettable
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in improving the Huspy customer journey by delivering top-notch service and ensuring an outstanding experience for every user. You'll work closely with the Operations team, supporting issue management and cross-team coordination to guarantee a smooth and efficient service. Your contribution will have a direct impact on business growth and team success.

Key Requirements
📄 A university internship agreement is required
🛠️ Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and Zapier is a plus

What You’ll Do (Your Superpowers)
👥 Customer Interaction (80%)

• 
  

  Make outbound calls to potential or current clients to confirm service quality, collect feedback, and resolve basic inquiries or escalate to the appropriate teams

  Ensure a friendly, professional, and high-standard experience in every interaction

  Log all interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM

  
  

🗂️ Operational & Administrative Support (20%)

  Assist in updating databases, tracking cases, and completing recurring administrative tasks

  Collaborate with teams such as Customer Success and Sales to ensure traceability across processes

  Identify opportunities for operational or internal communication improvements

  
  

📌 Project Execution & Incident Management

  Support the implementation and follow-up of operational projects that help accelerate customer funnel conversion and optimize our property portfolio

  Communicate daily with clients and/or real estate advisors to support incident resolution
