The project!
We are looking for a creative and strategic Corporate Visual Merchandiser to define and implement the visual identity of the brand across all retail channels. This role is responsible for developing corporate visual standards, translating fashion trends into commercial concepts, and ensuring brand consistency across all points of sale.
What will the role entail?
- Develop and implement corporate visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
- Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and manuals to ensure consistency across all stores.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Buying, and Retail teams to support launches and promotions.
- Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize visual presentation and drive commercial results.
- Train, guide, and support store teams to ensure correct execution of visual standards.
- Define and execute the global Visual Merchandising strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Ensure product launches, storytelling, and campaigns are communicated clearly, impactfully, and consistently at point of sale

- University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, Visual Merchandising, or similar.
- Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar) is a plus.
- High level of Spanish and English (mandatory).
