In your role you will be mainly developing, but not restricted to, ITSM, GRC/IRM and SecOps Streams.

- Integration and Interoperability Skills
- Collaborative Communication
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Technical expertise: Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure
- Experience of at least 5 years as ServiceNow ITSM Developer
- Experience of at least 3 years as ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps Developer
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Custom Applications
- Fluent written and spoken English
