This position provides you the chance to use your Spanish language skills in a professional setting, contributing to our commitment to providing exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities

- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, providing assistance with inquiries and service requests
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records and facilitate smooth follow-up
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries with professionalism, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and service delivery based on client feedback
- Stay current with company products, services, and promotions to deliver informed and helpful support
- Fluent in Spanish (both written and spoken); knowledge of English is beneficial
- Prior experience in customer service or relevant roles is preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
- A passion for cultivating positive customer experiences
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation expenses fully covered
