• Deliver regular & ad-hoc financial & business analysis
• Understand business performance and provide insightful analysis to the business
• Coordinate the financial processes with business areas
• Perform month-end financial reporting process
• Collaborate on project execution with business and financial exposure
• Ensure accurate and timely information to the business and management team
• Identify key opportunities to maximize efficiency on business decisions
• Collaborate on financial estimations and business cases to support business decisions
• Collaborate on yearly budget and monthly forecasts for all the segments and consolidated business
• Enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results
• Control and monitor workforce allocated across business units and clients / portfolios, performing regular profitability analysis

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• 2-3 years of experience in Audit or Consultancy and 1-2 years of experience in Business or Financial Controlling
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration
• Knowledge of accounting and reporting functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Reporting Skills, Microsoft Office Skills and strong information analysis
• Fluent in English
• Strong analytic skills and good understanding of business drivers and KPI´s
• Desirable Knowledge: Power BI, Hyperion Smartview
