Reporting to the Head of Standardization e-Invoicing, you will in charge of the new e-Invoicing country implementations. Your daily tasks are:

• Be the technical figure for the country implementations for e-Invoicing mandates and coordinate the requirements/integrations between the Invoicing System technical team and external e-Invoicing service providers/tax authority systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data mapping between the IS (Invoicing System)-XML standard with various other e-Invoicing standards to facilitate interoperability.
• Assist airlines and agents in testing and transitioning to live operations.
• Once fully implemented, transition the country to the operations teams for monitoring.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• Knowledge of e-Invoicing standards like PEPPOL and integration with tax authority systems for e-Invoicing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English, a second language (French / Spanish) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Well-developed PC skills, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), SharePoint, and be familiar with Electronic Invoicing Systems and others like BSP, CASS, SAP would be beneficial.
