• Lead the finance function during the pre-opening phase, establishing structures, processes and financial strategy.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish financial regulations and internal standards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including international HQ, to support strategic decision-making.
• Drive performance analysis and provide insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Ensure all financial activities are aligned with corporate governance and brand standards.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in financial management roles, ideally within hospitality, entertainment or similarly dynamic sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and Spanish regulatory frameworks is essential.
• Experience working with international organisations and collaborating with global HQ teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop teams.
• High proficiency in financial systems and tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
• A proactive, hands-on and adaptable approach suited to a fast-paced and evolving project environment.
