• Act as an IT Business Partner, managing projects and coordinating with global stakeholders and business units.
• Work closely with industrial plants to enhance maintenance processes using SAP PM.
• Translate complex business and technical needs into clear, manageable requirements.
• Support and drive digital transformation initiatives in plant maintenance and asset management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed, multinational organization.
• Provide expertise in SAP PM implementation and support.
• Identify and implement innovative technologies to improve maintenance and asset management processes.
• Lead change initiatives using collaborative and positive methods.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

• 2-3 years of experience in a functional or technical SAP role within the Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
• Strong industrial background in asset management.
• In-depth knowledge of plant maintenance business processes and ability to simplify complex technical needs.
• Passion for Digital Transformation and eagerness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations, managing ambiguity effectively.
• Ability to align with and work alongside global teams in a multicultural business environment.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
