Descripción
- Act as an IT Business Partner, managing projects and coordinating with global stakeholders and business units.
- Work closely with industrial plants to enhance maintenance processes using SAP PM.
- Translate complex business and technical needs into clear, manageable requirements.
- Support and drive digital transformation initiatives in plant maintenance and asset management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed, multinational organization.
- Provide expertise in SAP PM implementation and support.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies to improve maintenance and asset management processes.
- Lead change initiatives using collaborative and positive methods.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- 2-3 years of experience in a functional or technical SAP role within the Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
- Strong industrial background in asset management.
- In-depth knowledge of plant maintenance business processes and ability to simplify complex technical needs.
- Passion for Digital Transformation and eagerness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in highly matrixed organizations, managing ambiguity effectively.
- Ability to align with and work alongside global teams in a multicultural business environment.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
